AD License Driver
Company : SK Farm & Agriculture Pvt Ltd , Aliyavalai
Working Hours : 7.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
- Follow traffic rules and regulations at all times.
- Operate different types of vehicles (Lorries, Vans, Tractors, Three-wheelers, Light vehicles).
- Assist in transporting farm products and related goods as required.
- Keep vehicles clean and in good running condition.
- Maintain logbooks and records accurately.
- Monitor fuel usage and report any issues related to the vehicle.
- Support farm activities and transportation tasks whenever necessary.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Rs. 45,000 + Allowances
- Overtime: 3 hours of overtime per day will be paid.
- Accommodation: Free lodging will be provided at the workplace if required.

Coconut Plantation Worker
Company: SK Farm & Agriculture Pvt Ltd – Aliyawalai, Jaffna Division
Working Hours: From 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planting and Crop Establishment: Preparing the soil, digging pits, and planting coconut seedlings.
- Weeding and Mulching: Removing weeds and applying mulching to retain soil moisture.
- Fertilization: Applying organic and chemical fertilizers at the correct time.
- Irrigation Management: Regularly watering plants and ensuring proper soil moisture.
- Pest and Disease Control: Identifying pests/diseases and applying organic or chemical treatments.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 35,000 + Attendance Allowances
- Leave: 3 days per month will be provided

Technical Assistant (Animal Section)
Job Responsibilities:
General Duties:
- Implement livestock and aquaculture management practices.
- Monitor animal health, feeding, and care.
- Ensure quality and safe practices in farm operations.
- Provide training and supervision to farm workers.
- Develop plans for farm improvement and expansion.
- Implement new technologies and methods on the farm.
- Plan farm production according to market demands.
- Engage in research and development activities related to livestock and aquaculture.
Specific Duties (Poultry and Livestock Management):
- Provide proper food and water to poultry and livestock.
- Manage poultry and livestock breeding and care.
- Identify and treat diseases in poultry and livestock.
- Maintain a hygienic environment in poultry and livestock farms.
- Find ways to increase production efficiency in poultry and livestock farms.
- Implement waste management methods in poultry and livestock farms.
- Carry out biosecurity measures in poultry and livestock farms.
Specific Duties for Aquaculture:
- Maintain and monitor fish ponds.
- Provide proper food and water to fish.
- Manage fish breeding and care.
- Identify and treat diseases in fish.
- Maintain a hygienic environment in fish ponds.
- Find ways to increase fish production.
- Implement waste management methods in fish farms.
- Carry out biosecurity measures in fish farms.

Coconut Team Leader

Work Time: Morning 6.30 am – 5.00 Pm
Work Details:
- Review the day’s Plan : Briefly go over the planned tasks and targets for the day with the team
- Assign specific task : Clearly delegate individual or small group responsibilities for the day. Ensure everyone knows what they need to do.
- Check Equipment and supplies : Confirm that all necessary tools , Equipment and safety gear are in good working order and readily available.
- Address any immediate concerns or questions : Allow team members to raise any issues or ask for clarification before work begins.
- Quick Walk – around : Briefly inspect the work area to assess conditions and ensure everything is set up correctly.
- Identify any immediate issues
- Progress Monitoring (Throughout the morning and afternoon) : Circulate among the team, observe progress, and offer support or guidance as needed
- Proactively identify and help the team overcome any obstacles or challenges they encounter.
- Monitoring Material Usage ( any necessary materials, Fuel)
- Ensure efficient workflow : Observe the flow of work and make minor adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
