The farms started with only 30 animals in the inception. The plan is to have 200 mother goats and sheep. A dedicated team of experts within the farm tends to livestock management and care.

Much effort is taken to encourage the health and natural behavior of the animals. The organic practices reflect a concern for animal welfare and a desire to balance productivity with both animal well-being and environmental quality. The livestock have access to outdoor areas, shelter, space for mobility, and access to clean drinking water and direct sunlight.
