Estate Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business administration.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Farm Management, project management, or similar.
- Great leadership and project management abilities.
- Good organizational skills, with supervisory ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- The ability to be always on call, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Consultant (Technical)
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture and relevant postgraduate qualification should be necessary.
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in Agriculture related work particularly in the coconut-based industry, project management, Budget preparation, or similar.
- Great leadership and project management abilities.
- Good organizational skills, with supervisory ability.
Consultant (Legal)
- Bachelor of Law with Attorney at law.
- Postgraduate qualification is an asset.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in legal work.
- Good organizational skills, with supervisory ability.
Technical Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, or Diploma in Agriculture.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in agriculture-related work.
- Able to analyze and solve problems.
- Enjoy agriculture and the environment.
- Able to make accurate observations and recordings.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Carry out research and provide advice about various technical issues.
Admin Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in administration-related work.
- Able to analyze and solve problems.
- Able to make accurate observations and recordings.
- Able to work as part of a team.
Accountant Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Financial Management.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Finance related work.
- Able to analyze and solve problems.
- Able to make accurate observations and recordings.
- Able to work as part of a team.
Management Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Any field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Admin/Finance related works.
- Computer skill.
Field Worker
- Age Limit 18 – 35 years old.
- Ability to focus on a single task for extended periods.
- Ability to stay focused while in a group of peers.
- Ability to follow instructions and retain training information.
- Ability to work independently while meeting or exceeding quotas.
- High manual dexterity.
- Field Workers will manually plant, cultivate, and maintain crops under the instruction of the Field Supervisor, Personnel Manager, or Team Leader.
