The local work force needs to be aligned to comply with daily goals which will translate to weekly goals which will aid in aid in achieving the monthly goals and subsequently the annual goal.
Training needs to be imparted in the areas of handling tools and machinery. How to take care of them in a structured manner. Also, they need to be trained to follow an organized work system.

Expenses
All expenses for your return flight to Sri Lanka, transfer costs (organization)
Accommodation
Accommodation in our farm which is only a few hundred meters away from the Indian Ocean.
Permits
A stay and all permits from the local authorities for your stay and activity with us.
Allowance
A reasonable allowance for your stay.
Entertainment
We enable the volunteers to have a memorable stay of 3 or 6 months in Sri Lanka with an internship job and water sports along with the island tour.
